Terms and Conditions

EUS TRAVEL CONSULTING offering these travel arrangements for sale, acts only as an independent agent in securing the services of the tour operator, air carrier, cruise line, or supplier(s) used for client's travel.

Because of its status as an independent agent, and because it maintains no control over personnel, equipment or operations of the travel service suppliers, this travel agency shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred as a result of any wrongful acts, omissions, or default on the part of the suppliers. As all monies received for travel services are forwarded to the supplier, except for the agent's commission, Travel Experience Consulting shall not be responsible for refund of monies not in the agency's possession.

Because of airline deregulation, air carriers may change fares at will. EUS TRAVEL CONSULTING shall not be held responsible for fluctuations in fares or schedule changes not under our control.

1.     Trip Planning Services:

EUS TRAVEL CONSULTING charges a non-refundable trip planning fee to help you realize your European dream vacation, plan your itinerary, select accommodations that meet your needs and desires, and tell you about the attractions most appealing to you.

The trip planning fee is payable up-front as a "plan to go fee." It is non-refundable.

2.     Travel Insurance:

There may be substantial penalties and/or no refund of the amount charged should you change and/or cancel any of your travel arrangements. You can and should buy trip cancellation insurance to protect you from loss of your non-refundable trip costs in the event you have to cancel for unforeseen reasons. To provide the best possible protection against loss of at-risk payments, it is important that you purchase insurance within 7 to 14 days of your initial trip payment. The cost of the premium varies with the insurance company used (they all differ in their costs and benefits), the number and ages of travelers, the trip duration, and the amount of money at-risk of loss in the event of trip cancellation.

EUS TRAVEL CONSULTING strongly recommends travel insurance and offers it as a service to all clients.
